Kieran is a proactive and dedicated lawyer passionate about impact and innovation. He supports impact driven clients with embedding purpose, funding their impact, digital transformation, governance as well as regulatory and risk management.
Kieran leads Taylor Vinters Virtual Pop Ups, speaking to impact driven entrepreneurs to explore their ideas and bring them to life.
Kieran was an expert contributor to the Taylor Vinters report titled ‘Impact Investment, Intentionality and Innovation’. He is also the host of the accompanying podcast series and has explored why he’s driven to enable the impact of positive disruptors on the ‘The Exploratory Journey‘ podcast.
Emma is a dynamic and enthusiastic lawyer with a calm, problem-solving attitude. Emma works exclusively with charity and social venture clients helping them with a range of commercial and strategic projects including governance, managing risk and contract management processes.
Emma is especially interested in developing purpose-led legal structures for social ventures and helping clients manage the complex implications of such models for internal governance and funding relationships.
