Problem solving is a key skill, yet it is so often in short supply.
All businesses, especially those focussing on innovation, need to be able to solve problems. Problems faced by potential customers, problems in solution development, problems in solution deployment. If you can truly get under the skin of problems, to develop and deliver robust solutions, then your business will be unstoppable!
This workshop will provide proven approaches to explore problems, to define problems and to solve problems. Attendees will then use these approaches to collaborate on solving each other’s problems.
The workshop will end at 12 noon when a buffet lunch will be provided and OxLEP Business and Innovation Advisors will join attendees to expand the newtorking opportunity.
Attendees will also be encouraged to then join a ‘Tech Networking’ event from 2pm at Harwell. Details will be shared after registration.
Follow-on one to one support is available for eligible businesses.
