This event will help you to develop recruitment and workforce development strategies to enable greater employee retention and help to drive a revolution in recruitment. Hear inspiring best practice examples from local social impact organisations, and explore solutions to help your business find and retain the staff you need to be successful and grow.

The event will comprise of 15 minute talks, networking and a recruitment clinic with businesses and organisations showcasing alternative recruitment pathways, support programmes, and solutions in the county.

This event is aimed at SMEs that are Social Enterprises, social entrepreneurs, enterprising charities and purposeful businesses in Oxfordshire. Whether you are looking to recruit your first employee, your 50th, or want to explore working with freelancers, the range of support available through the short talks and the recruitment clinic at Recruitment Revolution will give you the tools you need to develop and implement a strong recruitment and workforce strategy for help your business grow.

About the eScalate Programme

eScalate, is a three-year project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) which runs until April 2023 to support Social Enterprises, social entrepreneurs, enterprising charities and purposeful businesses in Oxfordshire.
