Hear inspiring best practice examples from local social impact organisations, and explore solutions to help your business find and retain the staff you need to be successful and grow.
The event will comprise of 15 minute talks, networking and a recruitment clinic with businesses and organisations showcasing alternative recruitment pathways, support programmes, and solutions in the county.

eScalate, is a three-year project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) which runs until April 2023 to support Social Enterprises, social entrepreneurs, enterprising charities and purposeful businesses in Oxfordshire.
