In Detail
The Work We Are Doing Now
Part of OxLEP’s wider mission is to encourage and spotlight the thriving local economy. Oxfordshire’s SMEs play a big role in this, so we support them in any way we can and shout about their achievements far and wide.
Much like the businesses we support, as an organisation we continue to grow and adapt to ensure what we deliver is what is needed most.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, no businesses was left untouched by the lockdown and restrictions. Through crisis recovery grants and resilience training and workshops, we were able to bring relief and optimism to business leaders and entrepreneurs across the county.
This type of support will continue into 2023 and beyond. New sources of funding, including the our Visitor Economy Renaissance Fund and Apprenticeship Grant Scheme, will be central to our offer.
