Expanding to 5 employees for any business is a big step and something of a milestone – it takes confidence in the growth of your company, it triggers all sorts of legal responsibilities for the business and the employees, moves you the owner, a step further away from just running the business, to now having to manage a team.

To be successful the business has to be ready, you have to be ready and there are things that will make life easier if you plan for it in advance.

This session is designed for businesses that already have a couple of employees but are growing and will soon need extra team members, it will help with deciding when is the right time,;

  • are you ready?
  • what will happen?
  • what do I need to do before hand?
  • what can I do to make my life easier?
  • how will I ensure I get the right people, train them and make sure they are good enough?

It will also cover the basics of planning growth in your business, how to make it happen and show that building the team is a fundamental part of that planning.

If this is your business or the thought of hiring more employees worries you, then this session is your first step!
