OxLEP Business is offering all businesses in West Oxfordshire and Cherwell up to 30 hours of business advice, peer support, mentoring and coaching for the first few months of 2025 to get your business MOJO back.
Motivation – We are all guilty of suffering from a loss of motivation especially if 2024 has been a challenging year. This programme can help you find that motivation again by looking at what you have achieved, despite any challenges and fire you up ready to hit 2025 with renewed vigour and purpose.
Opportunities – Let’s look at the opportunities waiting for you in 2025, these could be clients, suppliers, recruitment or personal opportunities to make a difference in 2025. A business coach will help you narrow down the opportunities that will really make a difference and help you formulate a plan to make the most of them. Avoid the overwhelm and go for what will really make a difference to you or your business.
Joy – Whether you need to rediscover, enhance or simply share the joy your business brings you a coach and our expert support can help you with this. It might be rediscovering why you started this venture in the first place, motivating your staff to pull together, or bringing more joy to your life and workplace by addressing a few things. Let us help you find or share the joy of running a business.
Ownership – Sometimes it can feel like your business owns you, not the other way around. That you are just ‘feeding the beast’ and you have no ownership or agency any more. Maybe it feels like you don’t have ownership of your own time any more because there is too much to do and delegation is impossible. This doesn’t have to be the case, we can help you change this for 2025.
Best of all, this business coaching programme is FREE!
Whether you are the owner, director or manager of an established business or a start-up, business coaching can help you improve your performance, just like any other kind of coaching, by helping you work on both your strengths and your weaknesses.
This business coaching offering is being delivered as part of the Cherwell and West Accelerator Programme to support businesses. It is a time-limited opportunity (only available until mid-Feb 2025) to get expert help with masterclasses, leadership development training, facilitated peer support and one-to-one coaching; all tailored to your business needs.
Our coaches and advisors are highly experienced professionals with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of helping businesses succeed. This programme will give you an outside perspective on what you are doing and what you want to achieve and help you put steps in place to get there. It might be a review of operations is needed, you might need some personal guidance on management style, your time management or a range of things to help you get your unique business MOJO back.
You have nothing to lose. Even if you have never tried business coaching before, what harm can it do to speak to an expert and other business owners/managers who have faced similar challenges to you for some advice and guidance. Nothing ventured (and remember it’s free) nothing gained.
Don’t miss out—if you would like to book a free Business Review and claim your free coaching before the 21st February. Email [email protected] – just let her know you’re interested and she will take it from there.
You can also gift this opportunity to a friend, family member, contact or colleague!
The Business Accelerator programmes are being delivered by OxLEP Business on behalf of West Oxfordshire and Cherwell District Councils, with the projects funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
